“Ageist” – council decision to charge for paper bills

Watch this video in which Sky News host Liz Storer says the Brisbane City Council decisions to charge for paper bill deliveries is “inarguably ageist”.

“When we are talking about councils the vast majority of us opt to get our bills via email anyway so the council is not spending millions of dollars on paper bills,” Ms Storer said.
