People with Disabilities WA (PWdWA)
We advocate for the rights, and empower the voices, of people with disability in Western Australia
PWdWA provides non-legal advocacy to people with disabilities. Advocacy is the process of standing alongside individuals to ensure they are able to speak out, to express their views, and uphold their rights.
Our advocacy services are available to any person with a disability. You do not have to be a member to access advocacy. All of the advocacy work that PWdWA does follows the principles of the National Disability Strategy.
Membership to PWDWA is free and open to West Australian residents living with a disability (full membership) or those who identify with the aims of the organisation (Associate).
If you are deaf or have a hearing or speech impairment contact us through the National Relay Service.
