North West Aged Care Assessment Service
North West Aged Care Assessment Service (NW ACAS) is housed in the Royal Melbourne Hospital and aims to ensure that frail older people, and people with an age-related disability, gain access to services appropriate to their needs.
We play a major role in ensuring that services are co-ordinated to the benefit of the client.
Younger people with disabilities are also eligible for assessment services in some circumstances - the Intake Worker will be able to clarify eligibility.
