We help communicate in the language of choice and ensure that all cultural traditions and beliefs are considered.
Our bilingual and bicultural staff are trained in aged care service delivery to support older people and carers We provide interpreting services, liaise between providers, help with correspondence, get people involved in activities and run language-specific programs.
Most importantly, we provide home visits and social support for vulnerable or isolated people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
This is a state-wide service for people aged 65 and over and their carers. We have offices in metropolitan Adelaide, the Riverland and Whyalla.
That’s where our EthnicLinks Information Hub can help.
