Centre for Cultural Diversity in Ageing
Our aim is to support cultural diversity in Aged Care. We have over 25 years of experience in supporting aged care providers to address the needs of older people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
We believe that all aged care consumers in Australia should experience inclusive and accessible care. Our purpose is to build the capacity and capabilities of Australian aged-care providers to deliver services that are welcoming, inclusive, and accessible.
We are guided by emerging research and feedback from the sector in developing resources and services and place the needs and preferences of aged care consumers at the core of everything we do.
We are funded by the Department of Health and Aged Care under the Partners in Culturally Appropriate Care (PICAC) program and supported by Benetas.
