Carers Advisory Council WA
The Carers Advisory Council provides advice to the Minister for Community Services on issues affecting carers. The Department of Communities provides executive support to the Council.
The Carers Advisory Council represents and advocates for carers to the WA government, and works with carer and community organisations to help inform government policy.
The Council meets regularly throughout the year, including hosting regional forums to hear directly from carers.
