Seniors Rights Service (SRS) NSW has launched a brochure to help anyone who has concerns about their aged care, or the aged care of a loved one.
Its purpose is to increase awareness of SRS services and inform seniors, loved ones, friends, and their carers of their rights.
SRS NSW also offers free and confidential advocacy services which can provide information about rights and responsibilities, help resolve problems or complaints, speak to service providers, and provide referrals to other agencies for extra support.
