Let’s Talk Elder Mediation and Support Service offers mediation, casework, counselling, and targeted referral support to older people, their families, and carers.
We’re a fully funded service of Relationships Australia NSW operating since 2019.
Our remit is to support the wellbeing of older adults and mitigate against elder abuses and neglect. We work closely and collaboratively with many services, agencies and local councils and community in this regard to include the NSW Ageing and Disability Commission Abuse Helpline, Legal Aid Gosford, Seniors Rights, Justice Health Partnership, local hospital, and outreach Older Peoples Mental Health etc, and are part of the current NSW Police Elder Abuse Training program.
