The Commonwealth’s Closing the Gap 2024 Annual Report and 2025 Implementation Plan has been released - it outlines progress of 100+ actions to make a real and positive impact for First Nations people.
The focus for 2025 is on continuing to improve health outcomes, reduce overcrowding, improve food security, keeping First Nations families safe and increase economic empowerment.
It commits the Commonwealth to more practical action for positive change.
It was delivered in Parliament on Monday 10th February 2025.
