As we age, it's important to get out and about to stay connected with our local community, friends, and activities. But what happens if your mobility scooter or wheelchair breaks down, or you have an accident?

You won’t be stranded.

RACV offers a 24/7 emergency breakdown service - an RACV technician will meet you at your location and attempt minor on-site repairs.

If they can’t fix the issue, they will organise a wheelchair-accessible taxi to take you home. If you’re at home, they can attempt repairs like fixing spare parts, changing a flat tyre or minor mechanical repairs.
