The Office for Ageing Well is reviewing the impact of South Australian’s Plan for Ageing Well 2020-2025 and wants you to contribute your insights through a survey.
Your input will help define how older South Australians are experiencing ageing now, compared to when the current plan began.
By participating you will:
contribute to shaping policies that directly affect your community
help identify what's working well and what needs improvement
ensure the voices of older people are heard in planning for the future of ageing well in South Australia.
The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.
Within the survey you can also indicate that you are interested in being interviewed for further insights.
Responses will be kept confidential and analysed collectively, not individually.
